1. Who we are

Roof Control ("the Service") is operated by RVL Enterprise LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to use the Service you confirm that you accept these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

3. The Service

Roof Control is a workforce management tool for roofing and construction crews, including time tracking, voice and photo reporting, weather alerts, and invoicing. Features may change as the product evolves.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
• Send spam, malware, or otherwise harmful content;
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Attempt to interfere with security, probe, scan, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service;
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your subscription plan.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, reports, customer data). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Payment, billing, and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal.

9. Service level

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may export your data within a reasonable window before it is deleted.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where it cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your violation of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which RVL Enterprise LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
