Refund Policy

Roof Control is operated by RVL Enterprise LLC. We want you to be happy with your subscription. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Roof Control purchases. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
  2. Contact our support team through the in-app help channel and we'll forward your request to Paddle.

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the billing area inside the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds requested outside the 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
